❓ My Deposit is Missing

  1. 1.Check Arbiscan: Did your transaction on Arbitrum succeed?
  2. 2.Check the Token: Did you send USDC.e (Bridged)? Native USDC is not supported on the old bridge
  3. 3.Wait: The bridge takes 12 block confirmations (~40 seconds). It is not instant.

❓ I Can't Withdraw

  1. 1.Official Bridge: Withdrawals take ~24 hours (Challenge Period). This is normal. You cannot speed it up.
  2. 2.Insufficient Gas: Do you have enough ETH on Arbitrum to claim the withdrawal? (Usually automatic)

❓ API Error: 429 Too Many Requests

  1. 1.You are hitting the rate limit
  2. 2.Info API: ~10 requests/second
  3. 3.Exchange API: Limit depends on your trading volume/VIP tier
  4. 4.Fix: Optimize your bot to cache data instead of spamming the meta endpoint

Legitimate support staff will NEVER ask for your seed phrase or private keys. If anyone asks, it's a scam.
